Touch of Velvet

Touch of Velvet is a warm, romantic mica pigment with a soft rose and coral base. As a dry mica, it appears to be slightly pastel. However, when mixed with resin, its rich, warm colors deepen, revealing its gorgeous undertones. Touch of Velvet is part of the Midnight Muse Set that includes Rosy Cheeks, Pillow Talk and Bare in Cashmere.
